Description :

 

We are USA based organization. We are looking for ACD Call Center Software. The solution for the Call Center software should fully integrate with the organizations existing infrastructure. It needs to support 6 current call centers with 90 agents and support future growth. The current switch is a Nortel DMS-100. This contract covers hardware, software, installation, training, and configuration for the campus wide ACD Call Center solution. Call Centers are using T-Metrics and Interactive Intelligence (I3). The T-Metrics currently has 20 digital lines (Centrex) for incoming calls.
Interested providers are requested to provide in your proposal an approximate life cycle cost model for the overall ACD solution with approximate pricing information for each item. Interested providers are requested to send their detailed proposal on or before 5:00 pm, September 19 2008. For more specification, please have a look on attachment.
